Boot Camp Potty Training-Day 1

Today marks the beginning of what I expect to be a very long week. We have nothing on the calendar until Friday. Our main agenda is to potty train Elijah. He has sat on the toilet hundreds of times but has never actually gone while sitting on it. He is totally aware of himself and often spends time running around the house naked. He also is very quick to tell me about any accidents he might have had. Being the little rule follower that he is, I am hopeful that learning to use a toilet will be fun and easy. It will just take time, consistency and a lot of patience on my part!

The rugs have been put away, the potty books are on the table and there isn't a diaper in sight. Wish us luck!
