Me : "Elijah, are you sad to leave St. Louis?
Elijah : "Yeah, I'll miss my friends, because they are not coming with me. I don't think there will be a Charlie in Bellingham."
Me : "Yeah, I'll miss all of my friends, too."
Elijah : "But, we can just make new friends! Yeah! And I will write letters and send presents to my friends in St. Louis. All the time! It'll be great! And they can just get on a plane and visit me any time they want! But only if their mom says "yes", because then, they would be running away if their mom didn't give them permission."
Elijah certainly has made some great friends here in St. Louis. He and I both could live in just about any city, but it's the people we miss the most.
