This summer, Dan and I planted a small garden of herbs and tomatoes in pots on our back porch. We have enjoyed lots of fresh basil, oregano and cilantro over the last month, but the tomatoes have been slow. Yesterday, Dan and Elijah finally picked our first vine ripened Roma tomato. It's almost too cute to eat. We have a few Roma tomato plants and a few cherry tomato plants. The cherry tomatoes are really starting to come in, but none of them have ripened yet. I think it will be soon, though.
